Happy New Year! Empty Happy New Year!

Just wanted to tell everyone on the board happy new year! I am sure that most of you folks are out on a trail somewere. Wish I was but have been entertaining my grandkids all week. Did make it to Albert Pike today. Got on the trail for a short while. Enough to make me to want to do more! Water was up a bit. Just nice to be outside!

Hope y'all have a nice year with many miles on the trails!

Happy New Years!!!!! I am heading out to Devil's Den today for a little bit. Good news, I have officially lost 50 pounds now Very Happy I weighed 179 this morning, down from 230. I have reached my goal!!!! If I lose more ok, but I will work now to maintain.
