Syllamo Mtn. Bike Trails, Are The Hikable? Empty Syllamo Mtn. Bike Trails, Are The Hikable?

I'm curious if the 50 miles of trails that make up the Syllamo system are good for hiking? I'm always looking for new places to go that aren't a half day's drive, and this place isn't too far from where I live. I suppose I could take a little time to visit the trailheads and get a feel for what kinds of trails they are, but just thought I would ask.
