I would like to say thank you to the two gentlemen I encountered on the SteelCreek- Kyles Landing trail who graciously provided me some water after I underestimated my need and the amount I should carry. I made it fine the rest of the hike and hydrated better before I started off on my next leg. Thanks!

Hey Ramsey, welcome to the site!

If I remember correctly, ULhiker and Lew mentioned this in their trip report from the BRT. (CLICK HERE TO READ IT).

Glad you didn't dry up out there and I'm glad you found the site!

ram:
Glad you made it ok. We were a little worried about the miles you had to go before getting to water.
Great to hear that you had a good trip overall.
BTW, welcome to the board and hope to hear from you often.
