Hey, was Don at the Outfitters when you were there? He owns the place. He's a bigger guy with a white beard, and one Heck of a good fella! If you don't know him, you should definately introduce yourself next time you're in there.

Yes Don was there, he waited on us. I am going to use my late 70's vintage Lowe Alpine Expedition pack when we decide to backpack in and do trail maintance and I was looking into the hydration situation with it. Decided to just get a nagaline insulated pouch to go on the hip belt. This pack was built befor hydration bladders. Any way he did wait on us and was the one that informed me about the condition of the Little Mo trail.

I haven't heard of any damage to the trail. The roads are still rough in spots in the area due to the run off.
The only trail that I know of that has any damage is the West side of the Caney Creek Wilderness trail. That
is due to large pine trees that have fallen due to both heavy snow from a couple of months back and also
high winds from a couple of weeks later. The FS is now cutting those out with crosscut saws.
