Check out the mountain simulator that I made. It is 14 inches tall of pure step up-step down, quad burning bliss (probably should have chose a word other than "bliss") I think that I am going to name it "Brush Heap Mountain".

Re: Mountain Simulator
Well my simulator would be the Dierks Dam. Also the road leading down the ridge above. Now that I can walk again I just now have to find time to do it! Now I have two grandkids here.. Fun!

Need to put a towel on it, otherwise my sweat will have moss growing on it in just a couple of days! LOL

Re: Mountain Simulator
I did 150 step-ups per leg last night. I liked the work out very much, it got my heart rate in the range that I wanted and my lungs were proud of the extra air in the room. It also makes you pay attention to balance because it is a little "tippie".
Eddie, I think that if you do enough step-ups we can call it Brush Heap sr.
