Here is a good site that I just found. It has nice recipies if you like to actually cook on the trail.
They also sell a bping skillet that is only 4.5 oz. (and only $10.00)! Any way it would be worth your while to check
it out:

There are maps, photos, gps coordinates, and directions from Hill Cemetery in both the Arkansas Waterfalls Guidebook and Arkansas Nature Lover's Guidebook (this one includes the Sandstone Castle and the grindstones) by Ernst, and also a map and directions into the waterfalls in the Buffalo River Hiking Trails guidebook by Ernst.
