Anything within about an hour of Memphis ?

My son and I like doing short weekend backpacking trips. Usually a Fri/Sat or Sat/Sun and sometimes Fri/Sat/Sun. But we would rather be on our feet and not in the truck. So we try and find stuff close to Memphis so we can drive less and hike more.

Is there any good places to backpacking in Arkansas within about an hour of Memphis ? It appears all the really great stuff is from Central to Western AR. Anything good on the Eastern side of AR ?
