Ran across this picture on the web and wanted to share it with those of you who use a Contrail and may want some ideas for excessive rain or additional shelter for equipment, etc.

I think that he just draped it over the front of the Contrail and staked it down tight. The way he has it set up, I don't think that it would go anywhere.

That makes me want to hurry up an finish my Silnylon Poncho. I like how the trekking pole is used, I never thought about using the wrist straps like that. Even though I use a large tarp, this use of the poncho is good to know in a good downpour, Even if it is raining, and you Contrail users can have rain free vestibule to cook under. I like multi use gear. Thanks UL
