Re: About to Pull the Trigger
Just sitting here thinking... once summer gets here you may be able to find a blow up seat or pillow from wally world in the pool supplies corner. Or a blow up raft with a detachable pillow. Just a thought. put that in a DIY bag.

Re: About to Pull the Trigger
Even though we did get a little off track, just wanted to let eveyone know that I did finally order SOME of the stuff last night. Here's what I ordered:
ULA Conduit
-I added hipbelt pockets on each side, bottle holsters on each side, and a hydration sleeve. I'm sure some of this stuff will get left behind most of the time, but I just figured it was better to have it and not need it than....well you know the rest.
Contrail Tarptent
-I added the additional pole and stuff sack for the same reason as above
Fisher Space Pen
Rite-N-Rain Waterproof Mini Notepad
Nite Ize S-Biner #1
-5 of these
BPL UL Round Box (6-Pack)
-For things like gels and balms, but lets be honest, it was just a good deal. And I let my self get roped in by the good deal !
I started to get buyer's remorse, so I didn't get the cord and cord locks from Zpacks. I'll get them soon though.

TM,
I actually thought about getting one or two of these. That place is cheaper than where I saw them. Seems like an easy to look into your pack at night.

Re: About to Pull the Trigger
Well the final piece of gear came in today. I got the stuff from BPL on Tuesday, the backpack yesterday, and the tent today. Needless to say, I've already tried all of it out, and I am very pleased with everything. The tent is very cool and so easy to set up. I cannot wait to try it out next weekend.
Re: About to Pull the Trigger
Congrats on the new stuff. I know that you'll like the new backpack and tent. I know that you will enjoy the lighter weight hiking down the trail.
