Should have killed this loser the first time. The death penalty is 100% effective at stopping people like this from killing again.

I don’t believe in the electric chair though.. Maybe electric stadiums. Lol I got it we can let them watch one last game of the Grizzly’s here and then when the final buzzer sounds.. ZAPPPPPPPP.. The sad part was that we the tax payers has to pay for these creatures to be in the jail.
