One large or two smaller windows?

The front bedroom, facing NW (not MBR) has two 900mm wide by 1800 high windows on a 3300mm wide wall. We have agreed to this due to the fact that it's on the front of the house, for aesthetic appeal more to the front of the house. We have already asked for the Bedrooms 2 and 3 on the Sw facing side of the house to have one larger, rather than 2 smaller windows.
