NEW AT ONLINE MARKETING

I'm pretty sure everyone's thinking...."Not another one," but please bare with me. I'm currently reading up on the e-book "Google Black Book" By Benjamin Davis and got me thinking about online marketing. It is very interesting, but I'm struggling as to where to I start. What I mean by where to start; I'm referring to what's the next step after setting up my pay-pal accounts, e-mails, click bank, etc. The Google black book does help in some way, but I just wish some one can talk to me in answering the questions that I have. How to build web pages, Making AD pages, tracking AD, and Google adwords. Please help me an establishing these goals. I would appreciate it.
