For safety, of yourself and other colleagues, also for the members of the public. It's no good using a bacon slicer to try and whisk cream! How, well it depends on which piece of machinery you are using. Training should always be given, even if it is just elementary training, to protect worker and boss for possible misconduct. Read the health and safety at work act.
